Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERY

Parcels are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days following receipt of payment. They are shipped via Chronopost or UPS. Delivery time: up to 48 hours within France (working days) and up to 96 hours for other countries (working days).
Our logistics structure enables us to deliver to many countries worldwide.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount and the delivery zone.

• France and Europe: delivery to a pickup point is always free. Home delivery is free for orders of €200 or more (excluding delivery charges), and costs €10 below that amount.
• United Kingdom: delivery costs of £15.
• North America: home delivery is free for orders of $200 or more (excluding delivery charges), and costs $15 below that amount.

In the case of a return, delivery fees are only reimbursed in the event of an error by MALFROY, provided that the company acknowledges the error.

PACKAGING

All our products are carefully packaged in a MALFROY pouch or MALFROY gift box.

RETURN

Returns must be made at your expense within 14 days of receipt. Return charges will only be reimbursed in the event of an error by MALFROY, provided the error is acknowledged by the company.
