For this delicate chiffon scarf, we chose to depict a love that saves: the love of Ariadne for the hero Theseus. After triumphing over the Minotaur within the labyrinth designed by Daedalus, Theseus would not have found his way out without Ariadne's ingenuity. The Cretan princess, guided by her feelings for the young Athenian, gave him a ball of thread so he could find his way back to the entrance of the structure from which no one had ever emerged.
