How can I obtain an invoice with my order?

No invoice accompanies our orders to preserve the surprise. You will receive a confirmation email when you place the order. If you would like an invoice, you can request one by emailing us at adv@malfroy.com.

I can't find my country in the list of countries you deliver to ?

We’re sorry about that. Please send us an email at adv@malfroy.com, and we’ll do our best to find a solution quickly.

What happens after my order is confirmed?

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder, or contact us by email at adv@malfroy.com. Following dispatch, a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will also be sent.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We deliver within France in 1 to 2 business days. For other countries, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

Modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. In case of an error, please contact us promptly at the following address: adv@malfroy.com.

My package does not contain what I ordered / my order arrived damaged?

We are terribly sorry for this error and are committed to finding a solution as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately by email at adv@malfroy.com. Be sure to include your order number and attach pictures.

What are the conditions for returning my item(s)?
